Xavier Marchand
Passionated Sound Engineer since 2008, I carry a demonstrated experience of working in the art industry such as Live Shows, Festivals and Events. I bring a sense of adaptation as well as a constant focus on the original concept, the global quality of the show and the well final comfort of the artists and audience patrons. Added to my fine hand craft and problem solving abilities, I work in a proactive manner and with the adequate commitment in each projects, from production to operational and up show closing. People can count on me to get things done, help other departments, document, share and improve things in order to work in a more "plug & play” environment. I’m always looking to work in environments where I can deliver the highest caliber of work and continually develop new soft and hard skills.
